Are lesson times flexible?
For group lessons, we aim to stick to set times each day to match the best tidal conditions for learning.
Private and family lessons are more flexible, so if our scheduled time doesn’t work for you, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to find a time that does!
How can I pay?
Our standard payment method is credit via stripe platform when you schedule.
Wise and Bank transfer is also possible.
If necessary we can accept cash on arrive. However we do prefer prepayment, as spots are limited in our small classes - and we need people to honor their bookings.
What is your refund policy?
Please refer to our terms and conditions section for refund policy.
Please note that there is no refund for bookings cancelled within 3 days of the booking date.
Are you able to do pick up from my hotel?
Yes, we can do that. Rates depend on distance.
